The best photos are well-lit, in focus, and show your pet's face clearly. Natural lighting works best. Avoid blurry photos, heavy shadows, or images where your pet is too far away. Close-up shots where you can see the details of their face produce the most stunning portraits.

How long does my order take?

We produce your personalized product and ship it to you. Most orders arrive within 4-10 business days. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. We offer standard shipping only.

Can you create portraits for any type of pet?

Absolutely! We create portraits for dogs, cats, birds, horses, rabbits, reptiles, and more. If you love them and can upload a clear photo, we can create their portrait.

What if I'm not happy with my portrait?

You preview your design instantly before you order, so you'll know exactly what you're getting. If you're still not happy after it arrives, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I include multiple pets in one portrait?

Yes! We offer multi-pet portrait options where you can have 2, 3, or even 4 pets in a single portrait. Each pet needs a separate photo upload.

What sizes and frames are available?

We offer multiple sizes (8x10, 12x16, 18x24) and frame options including black, white, walnut, and birch. Poster-only (unframed) prints are also available at a lower price point.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How do I care for my portrait?

Your framed portrait is ready to hang right out of the box. For unframed prints, we recommend professional framing to protect the print. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity to preserve the colors.
