Each portrait is individually created by our artists. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your artwork to be completed and shipped.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Free shipping is available on orders over $100.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your portrait's journey to your door.

Returns & Exchanges

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every portrait we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Damaged Items

If your portrait arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
